Consultancy and services associated with the implementation of our solutions are part of Alerce’s core business
and so we understand the importance of applying best practices and methodologies to ensure the completion of each
phase and the final success of the project.
Each of the Project Phases requires use of the corresponding methodology in order to meet the objectives and
dates previously established with the customer.
We use Agile Methodologies (Kamban or Scrum) and PMBook to optimize the use of resources and ensure quality and
excellence throughout the process. Whether it be the preparation and analysis phase, the implementation and
implementation phase, or subsequent maintenance, the most appropriate methodology will be applied at all times.
There will always be Project Monitoring shared with the customer to minimize alarms and risk situations for the
progress of the project and to be able to act quickly if they do occur.
To ensure the application of the procedures described in each case, Alerce uses a series of Collaboration Tools
to assist effective project management and application of methodologies. They also ensure the interaction of all
people involved in the project, either internally among Alerce members, or directly with the customer.
