DIANA is the tool that works on mobile smartphones or multi-platform PDAs (Android, Windows mobile, IOS) for ON-LINE management of Collections/Deliveries and Long Distance Fleet information.

Works in digital format without any paper, photos of incidents or deliveries, digital signature collection, barcode reading on delivery, collections, incident management, three-way communication (sender, transport company, recipient) while using the device's navigation app for guidance during the working day.

Fully integrated with our TMS, as well as with Alertran and Senda, route optimisation, it allows the traffic manager to interact between their distribution platform and their collection/delivery fleet for monitoring and control and allocation of new services. The driver can interact with the recipient of the goods, document service incidents and act on them in real time.
